The Cornflower Story

In 2013, I, Courtney Starkey, M.Ed., MHt, was fortunate enough to have several Spiritual Hypnosis sessions. My hypnotherapist did not record the sessions so I chronicled them myself. With each new journal entry, an increasingly powerful message kept entering my mind: "There is a book in here... there is a book in here...."

In 2015, the beginning of the book was finally revealed to me and I was inspired to compose the first draft of this story.

In 2017, I shared my book with a client and he noted that it was missing two key ingredients: 1) Why I was having so many Spiritual Hypnosis sessions in the first place and 2) details regarding my "real life" results as well as the cutting-edge wisdom that's been revealed during my clients' hypnosis sessions.

I made these two additions, and —ever since then— NUMEROUS

client Souls have asked me to publish my book (much to the clients' surprise since these clients didn't know I'd written a book).

The reason for not publishing this work until 2020 is that I previously believed I needed a "real" publisher to properly release my book.

In 2019 , the author is pictured in a village she never thought she'd visit. However, a client's Soul predicted she'd go to that exact village "during the summer, THREE years from [the day of the session]"... the Soul was 99% correct. Very

surprisingly to Courtney, she found herself there, during the summer only ONE year later. Well done, client's Soul!

During her time at this village, one of her PhD classmates asked if she had any books he could borrow. She only had a printed copy of Cornflower that she was planning to edit. He eagerly read the entire book and even asked her to email him a copy. This was the first time that Courtney realized her book was actually good. Part 1 of the book illustrates the uniquely life changing potential of Spiritual Hypnosis. I also share relevant portions of my history that help to explain the massive upgrades that have occurred in my life as a result of experiencing Spiritual Hypnosis.

Part 2 provides an inside look into the incredible sessions I experienced as a client in 2013. Even though they are *my* sessions, I receive more and more wisdom from them with each reading of this book. I hope the lessons are equally valuable to you.

Part 3 details the magical results of these sessions in my "real life". I also share hypnosis "best practices" so you can make the most of your own sessions. Plus, I reveal significant (and really interesting) developments that have occurred in my clients' sessions in recent years.
